To assist investigators and to meet the requirements of federal, state and local agencies, the Animal Care Program provides technical training to investigators and their staff members in areas related to animal health and experimental procedures. Training classes, seminars and wet labs are offered throughout the year. Instruction can be provided for newly hired employees, as refresher courses for present staff members, or to address new topics as they arise. Staff members may attend the general classes offered, or training can be customized to meet the needs of individual laboratories.
